5 When replacing wheels, they should be installed and replaced strictly in accordance with the operating requirements.

Wheel replacement standard:

(1) If the shaft hole exceeds the specified quota;

(2) Cracks, unevenness or uneven wear on the wheel rolling surface;

(3) Wear of component journals exceeds 40%;

(4) The wear of the rim reaches more than 60% of the original thickness, and the uniform wear of the rolling surface reaches 15%-20% of the original rim thickness;

(5) Whether the radial wear of the wheel groove exceeds 32% of the wall thickness.
